We are happy to ship worldwide.
All items are checked for quality before being carefully wrapped in acid free tissue paper and then shipped in a strong cardboard tube or other suitable exterior packaging as appropriate.
You will be contacted once your payment has cleared to be advised of the expected date of despatch.
PLEASE NOTE: Import duties, taxes and other similar charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. All items are shipped from the United Kingdom and buyers should be aware that they will be responsible for all taxes and customs duties which are applied by the country of destination. Check with your country's customs office to determine additional costs and any restrictions on imports prior to purchase.
Please ensure that you have selected an appropriate postal service relative to the value of the goods being sent – see below for further details.
Within the UK we offer Royal Mail 'First Class' or Royal Mail ‘Signed For’, both of which usually deliver within 1-2 days. This can be upgraded to Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery by 1pm’ (Weekdays) which delivers on the first working day after dispatch and this upgrade provides enhanced compensation for loss.

Outside the UK we offer a standard shipping to Europe which takes 10-15 days. For faster service, parcels can also be sent using Royal Mail ‘International Tracked and Signed’ to most countries (or the closest equivalent service available to the destination) which aims to deliver within 3-5 working days of posting to Western Europe and from 5-7 working days Worldwide. (Please note that due to unacceptably long delivery times we are unable to offer a standard shipping option to destinations outside of Europe).

If your parcel does not arrive:-
We will offer a refund or replacement to the limit of the insurance on the parcel. Please ensure that you have selected an appropriate postal service relative to the value of the goods being sent.
If the goods are damaged:-
Please send proof of damage by providing photos of damaged items, and packaging. Please do not throw anything away, including the packaging, in case this is required when the insurance claim is filed.
If you simply change your mind about your order:-
Customers in the UK and the rest of the European Union have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason – please refer to the detailed information below for full details.
However items with 'bespoke' colours and fully bespoke items are exempt under the regulations. This exemption will be made clear before placing the order, please check if you are unsure.
For customers in the rest of the world (where the legislation does not apply) please contact us and we will consider returns on a case-by-case basis.

Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

of your decision to cancel this contract by clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model cancellation form here but it is not obligatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit the model cancellation form (button at the foot of the page) or any other clear statement on our website www.athomewithmrshogarth.com/howcanwehelp. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than
14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
